I would love to see a conference come to Virginia but I’ll be moving to Washington next year. I would really love to attend the conference in Colorado. My husband is deployed right now and I have never felt so alone (which is saying a lot since I have 6 kids!)
Heather, I wish you could come to the conference! Eventually we plan to have a conference in Washington as well…so pray we can get some funding quickly–the faster we get it, the more conferences we’ll be able to do! Until then, have you looked into an online community like Wives of Faith or Christian Military Wives? They have a lot of help and encouragement for every day. (You can find the links on our sidebar). Also, the faithdeployed blog offers lots of friends and ideas for surviving military life. Getting connected with these online groups might make you feel less alone. I’ll be praying for you! Hi Deb–thanks for your comment! I think Military OneSource is an organization that has great resources for mil spouses and we will always promote them as such. They’ve helped us with our last conference, and may again with this one. Hope to see you in May–Nebraska is not that far away! Blessings–Alane

Stephanie, I would LOVE to come to Alaska! As we make our plans for the coming years, we’ll definitely look at that! We have some other ideas in the works as well that might allow you to benefit from the conference sooner! Keep an eye out! We’ll be announcing it soon!

Hello, I attended your conference last year at in the Springs. It was wonderful! I was wondering if you have thought about having it at New Life Church? I pull Security there and they have lots of rooms for the different functions you have. If you are interested, please just go on the new Life Web Site and go under women’s Programs and get in touch with the person listed. Also, I am recovering from my 3rd back surgery, can you please remember me in prayer? Thank you.
Cathy, thanks for contacting us. We have thought about doing the conference at New Life–but sometimes churches with events on friday or saturday nights can’t host us. They are next on our list to contact as soon as I have some confirmations from some other venues. I will make an announcement when we have a date!
Any chance there may be a conference in Europe sometime soon? 🙂
You know, Shauna, I’ll go anywhere we are wanted–as long as we have funding! Right now, being a start up nonprofit, we don’t have the donor base to make it happen. However, God is able to do more than we could ever ask or imagine, so keep us in your prayers!
